We are based in an Ashram at the rural platform in a typical Rajasthani atmosphere .This Ayurveda program is organized as a charity project, which is a unique concept. Booking and total payment before June 23^rd and 9^th of September: Early bird 10% discount (see below). Payment after June 15^th, or 9^th of September: a deposit of 30% of the total price (by bank transfer) is needed to reserve a place with final payment due upon your first day of arrival in Jadan, India. After payment of the deposit your booking will be confirmed by mail or post.

Accommodation and food will be charged separately of the Ayurveda treatments (see below). Note: Single special treatments are possible after the advice of the Ayurvedic doctor.

Note: Participants of the YIDL summer group can book these packages separately from their stay in the Ashram (accommodation and food) according to the rate tariff given by the YIDL Fellowship.

PRICES for ACCOMMODATION:

We provide double bed and single bed rooms with attached bathrooms and 2 large rooms for family or friends (4-6 persons)

double bed room: 15.- EUR per night and person
single bed room: 22.- EUR per night
Family or friends room (4-6 beds): basis : 10.- EUR per night and person

MEALS - Ayurvedic recommended vegetarian food: 10.- EUR per day

Cancellation: cancellation insurance is suggested. In case of a claim passenger must contact insurance company directly.

Up to 1 month before: deposit will be retained as administrative costs
Up to 2 week before: 50% of the price as a cancellation fee
Less than 2 week or not coming: the full amount is due.

ARRIVAL:

If you are in the first group you should be at the Ayurveda Retreat Center (located in the Sri Swami Madhavanada Austria Hospital, Jadan), latest at 1 pm. on 13^th July 2011, the second group on 21^th July, same time. In September on 9^th and 16^th.
Please note that you have to fix the date of your arrival and information

Please make sure that you have:

Complete Insurance for travelers (Health-, Return- and Baggage insurance & take your documents with)
All Vaccinations as required for this area

General rules:

The Ayurvedic program is offered in an Ashram. It is requested to respect the spiritual character of the place and the rules that apply to respect clothing and behavior.
Clothing: light clothing is recommended from natural fibers. Out of respect for Indian culture and customs in the ashram: long trousers/skirts, tops that cover the shoulders, no narrow and tight t-shirts

Note that in Ayurveda treatment much oil is used, bring dressing gown with you, towels, slippers, comfortable cloths so that you feel well.
Amenities: if possible biodegradable products, no toilet paper

PROGRAM:

Day 1: Meeting with Sadhvi Shanti, your supervisor, Dr. Dheeraj , Ayurveda Doctor, and all staff members. This day we discuss your Ayurveda treatment the recommended package with the Ayurveda doctor and all about your stay in our Retreat Center.
A day of relaxing and getting to know your surroundings and the Om Ashram. In the evening we can go to join prayer and satsang at the Bhakti Sagar of the Ashram. Dinner and rest at the Ayurveda Retreat Center.
Day 2: Morning wake up for yoga at 6.00am.Breakfast at 8.00 am, workshop on Ayurveda and its benefits.Your package starts today. Lunch and Yoga Nidra (Yoga deep relaxation). Treatments,relaxation etc. Dinner and rest.
Make a RETREAT : take time for yourself and go on retreat, inner reflexion and renewal in the time of your Ayurveda treatment: It will help you to achieve deep inner peace and silence and healing for body, mind and soul - if you wish you can also maintain silence for a certain period of time.
Day 3 onwards, continuing the treatments until the package finishes: the day schedule will be approximately the same. Special programs will be announced on the spot.
For your wishes and interests will be taken care by us.
Day7 and 14: After breakfast, start your journey back home or to another part of the country or stay with us in the ashram!

Note: as less you are connected with the world through telephone, radio, news, speaking, reading etc. as more you will gain out of your Ayurveda treatment.

The Ayurveda package rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. We reserve the right to cancel any package prior to departure in which event the entire payment will be refunded with no further obligation or liability on our part.
No refunds will be made for the unused portion of any package unless arrangements.
